We are one of the few developments in Huntersville that operates as a Neighborhood Association with annual dues. Please help to beautify our neighborhood and better our community. The requested annual household contribution is $75. However, if you would like to make a donation for a different amount, you can adjust the total in Paypal.
Dues are to be be paid by April 1st each calendar year. Voluntary dues are a crucial to the success of the neighborhood. Dues are used to maintain the Stumptown Rd. & Old Statesville Rd. entrances with landscaping, lawn care, electricity, and water. In addition, we use donations for insurance, dog waste bags, and renting space for our annual meeting. We are so grateful for the generosity of our neighbors! Thank you for your contribution. |
